All loading and unloading operations can be carried out by using manual trolleys. Thermo disinfection is achieved by the temperature of 93°C and maintaining it for a designated period of time which can be modified according to the special needs and standards Temperature control by means of 2 PT1000 independent probes Equipped with 2 dosing pumps of chemical products under a complete micro-processor control, with the option of modifying the required detergent quantities in each cycle Control of chemical product quantity, with minimum level alarm The washing chamber is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 316L, corrosion proof 2 built in containers for chemical products Steam condenser, with condensate draining directly into the chain Built-in water softener Drying unit of 150 mc/h, equipped with filter Pre-filter F-class Heating power 3 Kw Two main independent inlets allow for the perfect drying air distribution by introducing air into all the chamber parts, the different basket levels and injectors The new Tuttnauer Control System allows the user to optimize the washing process and to personalize thermo disinfection programs to insure traceability of contaminated items and allow validation of the washing cycles according to the current European directives. Security is insured through a password 20 rememorized washing cycles are stored in the control system along with space for an additional 20 washing cycles to be defined by the user The LCD control screen displays in detail the washing cycle phases and parameters.
