The set has been tested in magnet field strenghts up to 1.5 Telsa and has shown little or no deflection, image distortion or heating during use. The Laryngoscope's high-intensity halogen lamp is powered by a replaceable low-magnetic signature lithium battery (C size). This advanced battery technology is designed to provide approximately 8 hours life under continuous use. Features: Laryngoscope Handle developed from selected low-magnetic materials. Specialized low-magnetic signature lithium battery capable of delivering 4 times the useful life of a standard alkaline battery.
