All operation status of DF-1200 are clearly shown 7-segments and LEDs. You can easily find out current status and all kinds of operating instructions(Flow rate, Infused volume, Total volume, Alarm status,Purge & Charge status etc.)
- Self-testing Function
After power is turned on, The microprocessor in the DF-1200 automatically executes a self diagnostic testing in order to check to ensure that all function is working properly. That also allways monitors every corner during infusion, In case of accidental malfunction, It shows you what the happening is at once.

- Memory Function
When the power is turned on, DF-1200 displays the previously Flow rate, Total volume automatically.

The DF-1200 has a pre-programmed data for all kinds of standard infusion sets. This means, you can make it possible to use the pump with any standard I.V sets without special trying and efforts, only you can use the key button.(In case of non-standard I.V set, inquire to your dealer of factory before use)
- Accuracy
DF-1200 maintains a flow rate of (+-)5% due to matching between programmed to mechanical peristaltic.
- Selectable one shot purge
Pushing the PURGE button one time at resting stage, it pumps 3 ml with 700 ml/h rate automatically(default), you can select purge rate with 5 levels.
- User selectable setup
- 3 levels for occlusion detection
- 3 levels for alarm sound tone
- 9 levels for purge block time
- 9 levels for accuracy rate
- Keep-Vein-Open Function
When it is completed, the pump automatically engags the KVO function to maintain a mminimum flow rate of 1 ml/h. This prevents the infusion the end of I.V set plugged. You can select KVO Flow rate with 9 levels.
- Extended presettable flow rate
You can select from 1 to 1,200 ml/h in 1 ml/h increment, for an extended range of applications from the operating room, ICU, CCU, Recoveryroom, to the general ward.
- Free Flow Protection
Tubing clamp mechanism automatically closed the I.V tubing to prevent unrestricted flow of solution to the patient when the door is opened.
