RJL Systems Desktop Bioelectrical Impedance Analyzer Product Detail
Model: Quantum-II
The Quantum-II Desktop is a truly portable, self-contained BIA system. The Quantum-II Desktop can not only retrieve the Resistance and Reactance values from the patient, but also do all of the body composition analysis calculations, and even print a simple report using the attached printer. Data entry is accomplished via the included keyboard.
Further, the Quantum-II Desktop will also allow the temporary storage of patient records, so that they may be transferred to our body composition analysis software on a Windows PC, to allow for historical tracking and the printing of more detailed reports.
The BIA module within the Quantum-II Desktop provides Resistance and Reactance values with a resolution of 0.1 ohm. That's the same resolution provided by our Quantum-X handheld!
The Quantum-II Desktop can also be used to record real-time changes in Resistance and Reactance, when used in conjunction with the included Datalogger program. Sampling rates can be adjusted to anywhere from 1 millisecond to 1 hour between samples. This feature is intended for investigational use only.
