Baths feature a corrosion-resistant, seamless, stainless steel chamber and a chemical-resistant stainless steel exterior with epoxy powder-coated finish. Diffuser shelf distributes heat evenly. Microprocessor-based temperature controller and fiberglass insulation provide uniform temperature control. Low wattage, bolt-on heaters will not burn out if the bath runs dry.
Equipped with front-mounted controls, 3-digit LED temperature display, built-in calibration capability, and automatic over-temperature protection. Bath temperature and setpoint can be programmed to within 0.1°C. Dual chamber baths feature independent temperature controls for each chamber.
Rugged, high-performance baths maintain water temperature from ambient to +99.9°C with ±0.2°C uniformity (at 37°C). Use of gable cover allows maximum temperature. Maximum temperature with chamber uncovered is approximately 65°C.
Capacities are given for bath filled within 2.54cm (1") of top. Exterior dimensions are given for baths without gable cover.
The 120V models are UL listed and CSA approved. They come with a standard 120V power cord. The 240V models are CE marked and come with a European-style power cord and plug.
Hydraulic thermostat sensitive to ±0.1°C is located in the chamber for accurate temperature control, and a second thermostat is included for safety.
Direct-contact tubular heating elements provide fast, uniform heat transfer.
Microprocessor-controlled baths allow temperature setpoint with 0.1°C precision at just the push of a button–features include bright three-digit LED temperature readout, built-in calibration capability, and automatic overtemperature protection.
Stainless-steel adjustable diffuser shelf and shelf legs, fiber glass insulation, and switch with amber indicator light are standard on all baths.
