The Surgitron EMC also has the additional waveform of Fulgruation which is designed for spark-generated current and is ideal for intentional destruction of diseased tissue. The Surgitron EMC unit is the premier unit for radiosurgery. It features improved circuitry and RF filtering capability while maintaining the ultra high frequency performance pioneered by the original Surgitron FFPF. The ultra high frequency output of the EMC minimizes lateral heat in tissue, resulting in rapid healing, excellent histological specimens, and a superior cosmetic result.
